This is new property that’s seems to have been built with extreme care. The facilities inside is no less than any fancy 5-star hotel. The interiors of the house is amazing with wooden flooring, two layers of curtain, very comfortable beds with night lamps for reading etc. The bathroom is also exquisite with highest quality fittings with special care taken to clean and provide good quality toiletries like any expensive hotel. This place is perfect for families. The caretakers are really kind and ensures that you are taken care of. The food is served warm and tastes good. Thank you Kalil and Sekhar a ton!!When I come to Kodai next time I am going nowhere else. I wish them all the very best and pray they continue this level of quality and care.

OH WELL!!! Had a comfortable stay in Kodai Cozy Inn for 4 days. All Thanks to a great and commendable service provided by Mr. Khaleel. He was really co-operative and anytime reachable for our needs. He helped us out in setting up a private cab to go all around the scenic locations in Kodaikanal, apart from the regular tourist spots. It included both Berijam and Mannavanoor Lake. With respect to rooms and balcony, they were both spacious and we were able to enjoy the spot. Though, this homestay is nearby to the town, it is placed in a proper residential area and you wont hear the tourist crowd buzzing around this place. They have a parking lot, which can accommodate two cars easily. Last but not the least, the cook within this homestay, is the feather in their cap. It is advisable to have our all our breakfast, lunch and dinner in this homestay itself and it is worth it. The cook's name is Gandhimathi and she is always accommodative to our needs. I checked in as a family of 4, including two kids and she was too thoughtful in preparing dishes to suit my children's taste bud and stomach. I would definitely come over to Kodai Cozy Inn, for my next visit to Kodaikanal.
